For 2016 Chevrolet Cruze:
2016 Cruze early production models prior to 1G1BE5SM9G7235708 with "remote start option". It might have been boosted by dealers from 315 Mhz to 433 Mhz, due to range shortage.
How to ensure programming correct key:
- Remove the trunk floor trim panel and locate the SPID label.
- Locate RPO - XL7 OR XL8 on the label. Dealers must write XL8 over XL7, if they did the repair.
- This key will only work on XL8 (433 MHz), on Cruze XL8 systems.
- Reinstall the trunk floor trim panel.
