This policy applies to all online or phone orders for key duplication, replacement, or wholesale items shipped from our facility. Order Processing and Shipping Times
- We process and ship most orders within 24 hours or less, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
- Same-day shipping is available for in-stock items when possible, ensuring high fill rates for urgent needs like car keys and fobs.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard shipping is via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking provided for all orders.
- Expedited options (e.g., next-day or 2-day delivery) are available at an additional cost—contact us for quotes.
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is offered on a case-by-case basis with additional fees for customs and duties—please inquire for details.
Tracking and Delivery
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Delivery times vary by location and method, typically 2-5 business days for standard U.S. shipping.
- We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
- If your shipped item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund (shipping costs may apply).
- Non-defective returns are accepted within 14 days, but you must cover return shipping. Refunds exclude original shipping fees.
- Custom-programmed or cut (e.g., transponder) keys, used items, and all sale items are final sale — non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and security reasons.
