Security Safe Locksmith, a business, organized under the laws of the state of Florida (hereinafter referred to as "Operator")

Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must not be damaged.
  • The item must be returned with its original receipt.

Additional conditions:

  • Any return may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.

If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject return and refund.

In case of item return, customer will be responsible for paying cost of shipping.

No refunds are permissible on sale items.

Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied.

Customers must contact Operator prior to the start of the refund and return process.

Refunds are permitted on the sale of services under the following conditions:

Refunds are only permitted prior to the service being completed; Refunds must be requested 1 hour prior before the service is set to take place; Only 20% refunds are permitted after the service is complete.

Refunds are issued at the Operator's discretion and may be accepted or rejected as such.
